We establish a system of diagnosting human tissues in cooperation with medical groups by using the THz-wave. In order to do this , we develop the THz-wave generation and detecting devices.
We construct THz spectrometers by using semiconductors such as GaP for accerately medical diagnosis.
To enhance in the THz- wave spectral system with the lithium niobate,we construct the spectroscopic and imaging systems with speedy and sensitive measurement.
